After being put into a clinic for her anorexia, depression, and cutting, Darcy begins a new adventure meeing new people, some just like her.

There's Alison, the first friend she made. She speaks fluent spanish and rambles when nervous or scared. She's at the clinic for her depression and cutting. What happens when it becomes too much?

Than there's Ryan, the girl usually mistaken as a boy when you first see her name. Nobody but her doctors know why she's there and it looks like she'll never tell. She's shy and keeps to herself but is loud, funny, and a great person when you get to know her.
  
There's also crazy Earl, he's known for his craziness. He's in his 60's but continues to believe he's 7 years old and has a dog named skittles.

Many more friends come along Darcy's path and she experiences new things.
