Capturing Dib and taking over the Earth was no easy feat, but he had done it despite the Tallest's, Gaz's, and basically anyone who ever lived doubts. But when the Tallest plan to use the planet for something stupid, Zim tries to overthrow the Empire... Against all odds and everything he was ever taught, he will rule how HE wants to rule.
