Melanie is 15 and in highschool... at least she was. One day at school, she hears mumbles and groans. Her teacher goes to cheack it out, but she didn't come back. One student decided to open the door and panick erupted when a person with half their face missing and a broken leg attacks the student and begins to rip the flesh off his bones. Screams are heard through the entire school and only few survive to see tomorrow. Melanie must now go through the world thats even uglier then before with her new friends and try to not loose them and herself. She just has to make sure she doesnt go dead inside.

This is a combination of stories between roleplays I had in middle school based on The Walking Dead and After the Flash universes. It's kind of a cluster since I wrote it when I was 13-15 years old, but I cleaned up the grammar recently. The actual plot is still a mystery. The last chapter was published on December 8, 2015. Story starts right after the incident at Hershel's barn but does not follow the story line of the show after that. The main character is a young woman named Nora who at first has developed feelings for Glenn after he was the one who helped get her out of the city. When she realizes she's held on to her feelings too long, she quickly starts to feel lost. Nora is somewhat of a trouble magnet but most of all she just wants to find her place in this new world. Along the way, she finds comfort in an unlikely person. (I do not own the original art for the cover) {I started this story back in December 2011 on Tumblr and although it didn't get the fan following that I had always hoped for, it did well in it's own way. It had loyal followers and I got comments on how much readers loved it. I thought I would try posting it on Wattpad to see what becomes of it. The story is completed on Tumblr and as I bring it over here, I'm also doing small rewrites to the story. There are scenes that I needed to cut out and change up just because my view of things has changed as well and I wanted this story to reflect that.
