Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more. He was there to help support them as best he could, even to go as ar to help them find a good sperm donor facility, which led to 2 healthy daughters who loved their grandpa. After years of battling cancer, though, it finally caught up to him when it came back, then passed away. This was during the 3rd pregnancy... the pregnancy with you. They saw a lot of your grandpa with you and wanted to preserve your innocence by controlling many aspects of your life. One day, they start to go too far.
