Taylor Henny was diagnosed with stage one Thyroid cancer when she was 22 years old and has been going to chemotherapy for the last year and a half. When she goes to Chemo one day she notices a new person in the chemo room. Taylor tries to befriend Jason but he doesn't want to have any new friends in his life.
Jason Grey was devastated when he was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia at the age of 24 and was scared that his friends would leave him by himself. When only two of his friends stay by his side he is scared to let anyone new in. When he meets Taylor he tries to ignore her so she won't be his friends.
When tragic events stun the lives of Taylor and Jason they find their lives are better with each other.
