Tatum moves away from home aka Kansas with her mom.

They move to California and try to start a life there.

She's new to the school which always sucks, and it doesn't help that her life went crashing down not long before they moved.

He's a rich, bad boy who thinks he's one of the best.

He's popular.

He's hot.

He's single.

He's got abs.

He's just perfect in every way.

He's super daring and likes to test the limits.

He loves breaking rules and doing things he shouldn't.

Just like throwing all his wild parties that he's infamous for.

Blake knows Tatum.

Tatum knows Blake.

But they hate each other.

Maybe one thing could lead them to falling for each other?
