Reborn
Standing on the path, my life flashed before my eyes. The gun directed at me, went off. I could see the flash and the bullet coming straight for me, but I'm frozen to the spot I'm standing, unable to move or think clearly. It only registered with me that the bullet pierced my skin when my body impacted on the cold wet cement. Lying there I could hear my heartbeat slow as my blood flowed from my body. That's when I heard it, footsteps getting closer til a man face appeared in front of me. But my vision is too blurry to see him clearly. That' s when he spoke, "You will be reborn. I'm giving you a second chance.You are not my beloved so you will wake up a soulless killer with no remorse and a burning desire for blood. I can't give you a normal life but I'm giving you the chance for revenge. I can't tell you what to expect because I don't know myself. I have no idea why I'm changing you but something is telling me it is not you're time to die" I had no idea what he' s talking about, well not til I woke up. That night Ivy died and what was reborn is something dark and dangerous. He was right, I am a soulless monster. I have no remorse for the blood I shed. Not when it gets me closer to having my revenge.Complete
"It didn't have to be this way"
There is a world out there where I could have been happy. Where we could have been friends, and you could have benefited from what I know. Unfortunately, we don't live there. This is not a romance novel. Do not think this is a romance. Not all mobile devices will be able to show all the text accurately, as I use fonts as a conveyer of mental health. Warning Every warning you can think of. There will be gore rape torture and what is worse. Also, I make stories by writing the story plot and everything, and rewriting it to fit in the small details. The chapters all the final ones but the story itself has been finished.
Dragon Reincarnated (Working title)
As an avid- and fairly unsuccessful- writer of fantasy fiction, I know that dragons are pretty much the pinnacle of existence. I dare anyone to argue. So, when my mundane existence comes to an end and I am offered a choice of whatever race I liked upon reincarnating into a fantasy world, of course I chose dragon. Little did I know that my life as a dragon would take more than its fair share of twists and turns. But hey, I was a dragon... Everyone knows you don't mess with dragons. This is the next one to be added up on Royal Road in a couple days, once Broken's current chapters are done being added :)
Wings of a New Life
When I woke, I wasn't human anymore. The last thing I remember is the impact-a heavy blow, a flash of light, and then darkness. But when my eyes opened again, everything had changed. My body was no longer my own. My senses were heightened, my movements alien. And I was alone, face down in what seemed like an endless, echoing cave. I can't explain what happened, or why I've been reborn this way. A dragon? How could this be real? With each new discovery, I learn more about the creature I've become-but I also wonder: Was it all an accident? Or is there something more sinister at play? I'm trapped between two worlds-my old life, lost to the shadows, and this new existence, where every step shakes the earth beneath me. But I have no choice. I must learn to survive in this new form. Hello, my name is Vince Himura, or that was my name back then. You see, up until a few moments ago, I was your average 20 something paleontologist working day to day in a museum. Most of my time was spent working either in my office, looking through different documents involving recent discoveries, or just working in a lab looking over the fossils we get. Then one day, when I was finally assigned to supervise a paleontological dig, the area we were working at was in the middle of two cliffs during a landslide. I managed to push my colleagues out of the area but as a result, I ended up critically injured and died. Though I croaked, I don't regret saving them, I was raised to always help others and put the lives of others before my own. Though on the odd side, I ended up meeting some deities from another world, apparently they saw my noble action and wanted to reward me. They also felt sorry since I had bit the dirt at a young age so they wanted to give me a second chance. Now I live in the world of Atlasia, a world of monsters, warriors and magic, best of all. My own special power, allowed me to become the most powerful creatures that walked the earth. Dinosaurs!!!Complete
Ribbit and Reality
Waking up on the edge of a cliff in an unknown world wasn't part of the plan. Neither was having absolutely no memory of how I got here. But here I am-confused, probably high, and screaming into the void. With no clue what to do next, I do what any sane person would: throw a tantrum, curse at the sky, and accidentally "befriend" a weird, tiny creature that may or may not be magical. Now, lost in a strange world with only my questionable survival instincts and a feathery menace at my side, I have one goal-figure out what the hell is going on.
