It's funny how we become the exact opposite of what we expect ourselves to be. You never thought you'd do those things, you never thought you'd say that, it never even crossed your mind that you would actually let him talk you in to what you said you'd wait to do. After 16 year old Adrian Summers parents split up, she moves half way across the country to a new state where she meets a boy who she starts smoking with, and who she gives her virginity to. After he leaves her, she goes on a downward spiral and starts to have sex, do drugs, and lose herself- including all of her friends.
