Into the Darkness

Zinna lives in a world separated by an old war. In this world of death and despair, she has only two lights, Theren and her cousin Enrel. When Enrel is taken merely a few day after coming of age, Zinna is broken. She wants to go after her, but knows it's a suicide mission. A few months later, Zinna has overcome the loss, and now lives in fear of being taken herself. But when rumors of rebellion come around, she can't help but feel a small bit of hope. When the rumors b come so strong even Theren is talking about it, Zinna decides it's time to act. When joining the rebellion results in unlikely friendships, discoveries of lost heritage, and childhood memories resurfacing, Zinna must face an important decision that could change the lives of everyone for centuries to come.
