Fear the flames- ON HOLD

Evie has powers stronger than she can control. She has mind control, and has these crazy episodes where she wouldn't know what she was doing. The powers controls her more than she controls them. Evie has harmed people with this crazy power of hers, and her parents were worried for her safety; That is, until a large group of scientists shows up at their door trying to take Evie from her parents and her brother. Evie is only ten, and doesn't understand very much yet. She knows that she needs to stop harming people and keep her family safe. So she goes with the scientists thinking that they will help take away her powers, but all they do is make it stronger and more dangerous.

Ryan was devastated when his sister and best friend, Evie left their family. She felt like she was protecting them, but Ryan couldn't believe she would leave him. His sister was his favorite person. They resembled each other so much, they could have been twins. Ryan was only nine when Evie disappeared, and now he is a junior in high school. Evie would have been a senior, and Ryan can't stop thinking of her this year and he can't come to a conclusion why, because three years ago, Evie was pronounced dead.
