Gracie "Grace" Pike is Admiral Pikes daughter. Now I know what your thinking. Being part of star fleet should be in her blood. Wrong. Gracie has no interest in Star Fleet what so ever. After years and years of pushing her father finally convinced her to become a teacher at the academy, and teacher only. Hoping to not get involved with the dangers of actually going into space. 
Things turn upside down when she gets a new student in her class, he causes trouble and the girl catches his eye. Of coarse the boys antics don't impress her at first but how long can Grace resist James Tiberius Kirk's charm? And can Gracie get through the terror that is to come?
