As the world lays in ruins a few spots were only targeted by Bio Bombs. Leaving remnants of treasured land, while the rest suffer Atomic annihilation. But years back they built walls around each city and
So with the remnants of life left, the people of Meldrum are divided, the Rebels of Meldrum, nicknamed ROM, fighting against the United Police Force, nicknamed UPF.
But the remaining citizens lay in the Community, an abandoned site where a crane lays in the middle, the town appropriately named 'Crane Town'.

That's right she was the first, Tina Primrose, the virus eventually seemed to died off as the descendants of Tina became hunters who'd hunter their brethren with the abilities gifted to them through the blood of Tina Primrose. Then there was the war between the remaining humans and those monsters. Naturally the humans won with our aid. Life was fine as we rebuilt the world until the day of our betrayal. The new government formed by the humans banished us from this world and we were hunted down. The last surviving members of the Primrose bloodline were two siblings. A Boy named Dakota Isaragi Primrose and his sister formed a group known as L.U.N.A. An Organization dedicated to those who have been born with the cursed bloodlines to find solace. The government attacked the organization but to save his brethren Dakota struck a deal with the Government to spar the lives of the members of the organization if he turned himself over to the government. Sadly, he was also betrayed. His brethren slain and his memory wiped the government believed they'd won but, the battles only just begun.
