Beatrice 'Bea' Atlas is an ordinary girl.

Oh who am I kidding, she's a freakin magician. Her big brother, Daniel Atlas has taught her everything she knows. And he taught her very well, so it came as no surprise when a couple of tarot cards from the infamous "Eye" were received.

How Danny got The Lovers, she'll never know.

But she got The Moon. A card for Illusion, anxiety and subconscious. But the moon did hold a certain beauty. The same beauty that could be found in Death.

And Jack Wilder received the death card.

Jack was a thief, a scoundrel, and a hell of a sleight of hand.

And Bea might just fall for it...

Five street magicians Five tarot cards One goal. The Goal: Get into the Eye The Eye is a secret society of magicians that may or may not be real. None the less, five people are picked to prove that they are worthy of being recruited. One of those five is a girl named Maeve King, a girl with creativity and passion that no one else possesses. Maeve was born and raised in Washington D.C. Growing up, she couldn't find the meaning of her life, her sole purpose. Finally at age 9, she found the art of magic. Her eyes lit up as she watched the man deceive everyone he came across with just the flick of his hand. She began devoting her life to illusion, manipulation, mentalism, and trickery at a young age. Graduating High School, she left home to go to New York City, following the trail of fame and the path of the tarot card that she found in her jacket. There at the run down apartment did she meet the other four: J. Daniel Atlas (The Lovers), Henley Reeves (The High Priestess), Merritt McKinney (The Mentalist), and lastly Jack Wilder (Death). With Maeve's creativity, Daniel's wit, Merritt's brains, Henley's daring personality, and Jack's skills, all five need to work together to bring themselves known. Their Name: The Five Horsemen {disclaimer: I only own Maeve King, the extra details, and the scenes that did not occur in the movie.} [#1 in WILDER - 8/9/21] [complete]
