Some people weren't able to handle it's affects, others have been changed. Everyone who survived was given a supernatural ability. Finn doesn't remember anything outside of the hospital, the first thing he could remember was the chemical tank. He's not sure why he's put in there so often, but isn't allowed to ask many questions.
