Creating A Killer Is Our Priority

Ages 15-26 of rich kids of very rich and powerful men, between mafias and just plain rich people who want their kids to be trained and given something to do. Since they are most doing illegal things and they want their kids to be able to do it all.
Some of the kids that go there are already trained and some were trained from a young age.
