Three words.. All the while I kept my emotions at bay, masking them with utter indifference. Like those words he said to me didn't matter at all and he will understand me, my place like he always did. Three words..These three words did what all of his accusations couldn't.
To say I was heartbroken was an understatement. I couldn't move. I didn't want to move. He will understand. He's my best friend. It was at that moment when something deep inside me stung, hurt.
