5 years ago Tom Polk’s life was torn apart when his youngest son was murdered, and the tattered remains then destroyed following his wife’s suicide. Now having worked his way up from a beat cop he has access to the files concerning his sons death that were previously kept from him. He learns that every year, without fail, on Christmas eve, 12 children are murdered throughout the 5 boroughs of New York and New York state. All murdered in their sleep. It leaves only one suspect: Santa is killing bad boys and girls. Or at least someone pretending to be him is. Now Tom has less than a week to catch the killer before he strikes again. For 5 long years Tom has waited to avenge the murder of his son but will that cost him the relationship he has with his one remaining son? Or worse, will it cost Tom his life?
