The Halcyon Order

18 parts Complete

Andora and her husband, Richard, live in Shanti, an allotted portion of society where people considered unfit to exist in the Polis live. Together, they embark on a journey after receiving a suicide note from Richard's Uncle Edmund urging them to get out. Originally working for the Circumvirate, the governing body of the Polis, Edmund hints to imminent danger. But did he really commit suicide? In this letter, he mentions an "inner piece" but no elaboration on what that could possibly mean. On their way to find him, they come across the Halcyon Order, a secret society founded on resistance against the Circumvirate and protectors of a secret weapon the Circumvirate is desperately looking for. As Richard and Andora fight their way to find Edmund, they encounter legends and myths as well as the power of a government no one had ever suspected. The secret weapon is no longer safe and it all comes down to one question: to believe or not to believe?
