This is a guide of how to do things that seem a little daunting and create a fear that makes you procrastinate and feel guilty that you are not doing what you feel you really want or really should. This guide doesn't have all the answers at all! That's not a promise that with this guide you will actually follow it and everyone is unique so it might not even work that well. It made me feel like I could do it and that it was simple, when I wrote it. I fight this stuff all the time and I don't feel like I am succeeding. So I wrote a guide to myself and anyone else who might find it helpful. I hope I will it will make things simple like I wish they were. Tada!
