Je suis française donc pour des raisons évidentes, j'écris en français ! Seulement j'avais envie de m'éloigner un peu des romances que j'écris, et d'écrire comme ça juste pour le fun, une courte nouvelle. Me voilà donc avec une histoire fantastique / fantasy écrite en anglais ! / I'm French so for obvious reasons, I write in French. However I wanted to take some distance from romances I write, and purposely just write for fun, a short story. And here I go with this fantasy story written in English !
There is a house in Pine, Louisiana, known to absorb its owner soul each year on August 29. Sacha, a science fiction lover seeks supernatural facts across the country but until today, they never happened to be true, to her biggest deception. When she hears about the house of nonsense, she drags her sister Lili into her desire to find out, what's really going on in Pine on August 29.
Lili, the wise sister that knows herself sick with only a few months ahead of her. Lili, that only wishes to give a relatable and sure home to her sister before she dies. Lili, willing to buy the house. She is not really concerned about the whole sucking souls aspect of the house. No mystery seek by the sisters have been true until now. It's probably nothing. Yeah, probably !

She reads out into a microphone "The human soul name bliss, female, age 24, death unknown, and sin unknown." She pauses and looks at me then puts down my paper and speaks to the crowd "She doesn't remember anything about being alive so she is an oddity and a collectible. Shall we start the biding at 10000 hellions". All the sudden many voices shout out some low deep voices some high voices and some don't even sound like voices just gurgles. The woman who read my paper seems to be able to keep track and calls out the highest bidder. "Do I hear 65000?" Less voices shootout but they're still too many that I can't pick out. I'm being sold?
