A story about 2 depressed persons who found love while trying to find meaning in life. I, well might as well we, hide pain through smiles. We, might as well, keep everything a secret. We, might as well, keep it all inside. But... We shouldn't... We shouldn't hold it in, it only makes it worse. We shouldn't bear the pain, we should fight and not give up. Those were the words Kriya Pitelbow said to everyone she sees, but, does she do the things she says? That is the question, Drought Karper keeps in mind, after seeing her attempting suicide countless of times, by almost jumping from the rooftop, he knew something was wrong, and he needed to help her, he doesn't want to witness another death, close or not, "I'll be your lifeline" he told her.

Sometimes we find our lifeline but it's not quite what we expect. Jacquie is going through a lot in her own life but she has a promise to keep. Will she break it or will she stay next to Adeline when moments come and test their already unsteady ground? "It's funny how all people see is water coming out of the sky and ruining their day. I don't see rain like that. It's soothing in a way. It falls so gracefully without a care in the world where it lands. It can land in the ocean, but you know what? It will still make a ripple and after it falls into the ocean it will stand with the rest of the drops of water, freshwater and saltwater combining. Does that stop it from shining? No. Why? Because now it joined hands with many others to make one of the most beautiful things in the world. Why can't we be like that raindrop?" She speaks out of her mind. It's not the best analogy and I honestly wouldn't have thought of such a comparison if it wasn't for Adeline. I smile up at her knowing that all she needs me to do is listen.
