The Doctor, in his 10th incarnation, meets another traveller again. He and Kate seem to complete each other perfectly. But he doesn't know how perfectly until he discovers something about her that will change his life forever. I do generally follow the lines of BBC Doctor Who, but might add or change some details. How the Time Flies
The Romulans have gotten there hands on a powerful mind reading device. A device like this could reveal sensitive information about top secret Star Fleet missions. But mean time it is the day of the wedding of Julian and Max. A day that has been pushed back farther and farther because of missions.
