Valerie Lomonte has always been known as ‘Valerie, The girl who… wait who is she again?’ And you know what? She’s tired of it. She goes to a school that’s filled with snotty rich kids who think looks are greater than life itself and testosterone rules. In Valerie’s book, however, rules are seen as limitations to overcome and so over-rated. However, her perspective isn’t exactly the most popular around, and just like her perspective, she isn’t either. You see, ever since she was younger she has confided in art, and now, it’s her only solution to salvation. So, when she’s offered an art scholarship program to take a visit to London, England for a whole month during the summer, she’s happily takes the offer. Although she has to say goodbye to the only two good souls she’s found in her tedious town, she’s finally able to look forward into a life she’s been waiting too long to live.
