Revenge is bittersweet.
During the first stages of grief, the urge for revenge is strong. It gives you something to concentrate on instead of focusing your mind with thoughts of that beloved one you lost.
When you go through the deepest loss, it's a natural need. It lessens the pain.

In 1929, Atlanta Fryday, at 15, had to watch her dying mother lay down all the responsibilities in her own two hands.
Her mother, her best friend, was murdered. During her birthday party. She felt responsible also for that, who wouldn't? They were HER guests.
Loss introduced a whole in her heart and to move on, the only way she knew was revenge.
But before getting her revenge she has to solve the mystery of who murdered her mom.
