Luke Farmen had a terrible life growing up. He was kicked out of his own house at the age of 13 and has been living on his own ever sense. Its been hard for Luke with barley or food and water to help him survive. Manages to pull it together to stay alive without the help of anyone. Luke somehow doesn't remember anything past the point of leaving his home and being on his own. A whole year went by and Luke doesn't remember any of it. And he doesn't know that he is being hunted.

I let out another silent whimper as I curled up tighter into myself. When will he stop this time? I already gave up wishing that he would finally kill me. He never has yet.
