Araya never thought she'd find love with an orc, but Drun isn't like anyone she's ever met. As they navigate the challenges of their unconventional relationship, they must confront their own prejudices and those of their society. Unfaithful is a modern fantasy romance that will have you questioning what it means to be loyal and true. "She promises we will see each other soon but she is human and thus, unreliable at best." Araya is tired of living with a man who doesn't touch her and suffering from depression does help either. It's making it hard for her to break away from him. What does she decide to do? Have a one-night stand. The issue is she is now tied to this one-night stand in a surprising way. Together they found out that her depression is something more and it turns out the boyfriend won't let her go so easily. I don't know why I went to a bar; I have never been in one all my life but here I am in a karaoke bar. I should rent a room and drink by myself, but I know why I am sitting at the bar, I want someone to approach me. As I order another dry chardonnay when can you guess it, an orc sits a chair down from me. He looks fierce with his lower teeth, tusks, whatever you call them jutting out, not the biggest I have seen but I could loop a finger around them to bring him closer to me. I blush at the thought but keep peaking at him. "After you" his voice is husky with desire, and he waves a hand into the room. I enter and my nerves start to fray. I don't think I can do this. I need more to drink but he closes the door and when I hear the click, I turn to look at him. I don't think I can have an affair with this guy, but man I want to.

On the city-world of Ravnica, things are often beautiful but rarely quiet. Magic pervades every aspect of life; a wide variety of beings walk the crowded streets, and countless wonders and horrors alike are hidden from all but the canniest denizens. For over ten thousand years the power in Ravnica has been divided among the ten magical guilds; they act as the controlling bodies for different aspects of life. Their conduct, however, is regulated by the Guildpact, a single individual with control of the magical document codifying each guild's domain of influence. The Guildpact is responsible for maintaining balance, and they are at least in theory totally neutral to ensure their judgements are based solely on the Pact proper. "In theory" is, of course, the operative phrase. When Guildpact Jace dies prematurely under "mysterious circumstances," the ten guilds are eager to put forward their own candidates for the next keeper of the balance. These candidates would totally, definitely not be biased towards their guild of origin in any way. Fortunately, to get the approval of the other guilds, each candidate must prove themselves to be exactly that. And earning approval in the eyes of Ravnica's mightiest may just mean sacrificing all they hold dear. Don't miss out on Wattpad's first Games based on Magic: The Gathering! When magic and political intrigue come together, a single choice may be the difference between glory and doom.

The world had long since forgotten the age of dragons, those creatures that had once ruled the skies as gods had long since disappeared after the conclusion of the Great Demon Wars. Dragons became nothing more than a fading legend, a story to tell children at bedtime. But the gods could not let the dragons die, for they were the last defense against the demon armies and the dark god Vekkar. Talia had been born and raised in a world of darkness acting as an agent of Hephatus, goddess of assassins and death. She knew only a life of killing, sometimes for justice, sometimes for honor, always for money. Her morals were opaque at best. But when she's deployed to the city of Arboros she finds herself thrust into a world of political games, opposing powers, and constant threat. Nowhere was safe even for her. Her goals became muddied, and then lost altogether when she meets the Dwarven Prince. Bromyr had spent the last five years of his life chasing ghosts, desperate to find the lost dragon eggs. His people thought him crazy, his father stripped him of his titles, but he never gave up. Eventually his effort bore fruit and he hastily made way to return to his homeland only to get caught up in the city of Arboros. It was there that he met an intriguing half-giant, a woman who ignited a fire everywhere she went. In the end she was the one who inadvertently brought about the new age of dragons. What could go wrong when an ill tempered assassin becomes the first dragon rider of a new age? ***Cover made by annie1loves1you***
