They decied the punishment will be to sent him to gravity falls Oregon as a 13 year old kid who has no memories of what happened or who he is.
And he is now human.the only thing he remembers is that he is bill ???

Having fun watching him get into trouble with monsters, and actually kinda becoming pals. Until one night after a lab accident they get closer then they ever thought could possibly happen. (Description really tells you nothing about the actual story/definitely not the same) Dipper is missing. Dipper has been missing for months. The last day Mabel and their parents saw him was one day before school. And haven't seen him since. All Mabel found in his room was a note. It was obviously a clue but she was never good at figuring this stuff out dipper was. But when she did get it the answer frightened her slightly bringing back memories. Bill Cipher Dipper went back to Gravity falls months before they were supposed to. Why did he leave a note about Bill? Did they make a deal? Did Bill posses him again? (TW LIST DOWN BELOW) Just so y'all know, this takes place after the summer at Gravity Falls, though instead of both Dipper and Mabel going to Gravity Falls, only Mable went since Dipper wasn't allowed to. Also, the twins are a year younger when this takes place, so they are 11 going on 12 when Mabel goes to Gravity Falls and the whole Weirdmageddon thing happens. . Summer was over, and it was time to get back to school. Mabel, who just got back from their great uncles' place, is excited to show and tell her twin about all the cool stuff that happened, though she isn't suspecting to accidentally bring a certain yellow demon with her to California... After the episode "Sock Opera" where Mabel got possessed by Bill, the dream demon was able to teleport to her mind right before being destroyed, leaving him very weak but also very much alive. Also the barrier around Gravity Falls doesn't quite effect Bill anymore since he is now kinda bound to Mabel's mind and wherever she is, he is too. Dipper is the prince of the moon and dreams Mabel is the princes of the sun and joy/fun Bill is the demon in disguise trying to get more powerful Will is bills twins brother, another demon in disguise trying to live in peace Dipper has fulfilled his destiny of being the one who lifts the moon and makes sure everyone has a good dream. Dipper tries to not give in with anger but soon give's up on trying to stay happy. The memory gun was fixed because of Ford he wanted to keep the gun. The night before the twins were suppose to leave Dipper ran into the woods. BANG!
