I highly recommend you read this novella before Creatus - Book One so you can get a look into the characters' lives leading up to the full story. Only the last chapter and first chapter overlap, and they are from a different point of view. Since it's a prequel, the current situation is resolved with a tiny cliffhanger so that the next stage of the Creatus Series can begin. Happy Reading!
