You walk along looking at a map with a puzzled look. The sun is beating down on you and a coat of sweat has accumulated on your fore-head. You feel frustration surge through you. You have been wandering for hours today, trying to find the border of Naira and you are completely lost.
You are so mixed up in your thoughts that you are startled when you hear a voice say "Hello!" Your head shoots up and you see an old dwarf woman standing a few feet away with a basket in hand. You answer cautiously "Hello, who are you?" She smiles and says "I am Adaya, the keeper of the forest border of Naira, which I assume is the very thing you are looking for." The look of puzzlement returns and you ask "How did you know?" The old woman looks down with humor at the map that is clutched tightly in your hands and says "Just a guess."
A far away look enters her eyes. "My family has been the keeper of the forest border for generations and has help many weary travelers find their way to Naira. Some just came to visit the continent and others come permanently. Some by choice and some not so willingly. Some wish to go to the Wolf Forest to join the werewolf pack and some, like fairies that have passed by, are going to to the Flower Meadows."
A gust of wind brings the woman out of her trance and she shakes her head to dispel the images. "You better be on your way if you want to get to shelter before dark. It is four miles south of here." You smile and say "Thank you." You start to walk on with a new curiosity to see these new lands. The continent of Naira.
