It's been a year since Spencer and his friends had a big Christmas adventure and they've agreed to spend Christmas together in San Francisco with Donna's cousin and everything's looking good...until a major storm hits, the worst in ten years, leaving power lines cut, phone lines broken and thousands of people stranded all over America for what looks like two weeks or more.
