This idea was stuck in my head for quite a while and *Spoilers* for those who haven't seen Captain America: The Winter Soldier: Remember when the SHIELD Helicarrier blew up and Steve nearly drowned in the Potomac River and how Bucky pulled him to shore? Well, for some gosh darn reason, the scene with the Little Mermaid got stuck in my head and I was like, "Why not make this into a fanfiction? Your Sailor Scouts would totes love it." So I did.
