"Humans are their own monsters"
Life as we know it has changed for the worst. A rampant virus spreads throughout the entire United States turning any human it comes in contact with into a mindless killing machine. And if that wasn't enough, these creatures can evolve into more fearful beings capable of eliminating the human race from existence. The government tries to fight back against these creatures but fail, and because of that they resort to mass quarantine all over the nation. No one can escape but instead survive and hope for a peaceful end. Or risk their lives to try and find a place called "Safe Haven".
Eric is a wandering survivor who lost his home to the infection three months ago. He has been traveling on foot ever since trying to reach Safe Haven with no luck. Low in supplies and energy, Eric desperately looks for shelter. He encounters what assumed to be an abandoned barn only to be inhabited by two individuals. Lucy, a perky blonde that tries to brush the fact that she is living in hell. And Alessia who has a melancholy personality and lacks trust for Eric.
In exchange for a place to stay Eric promises to help them search for supplies. As time goes by feelings start grow that could cause tension between the three of them. But danger isn't far as the creatures and some twisted minds are beginning to come closer. Eric tells them about Safe Haven and they plan on leaving the barn. Though tragedy strikes before they do, their lives are at a stake, and it turns into a bloody struggle to survive.
