Blood Bath
You've always been in the background-watching, waiting-as she captured his heart effortlessly. No matter how much you treasured your friendship, no matter how much you told yourself it didn't hurt, the truth lingered like a cruel whisper: he never saw you. But you refuse to fade into the shadows any longer. Desperation turns to determination, and soon, you're willing to do whatever it takes to make him notice you-even if it means crossing lines you swore you never would. This is a book, comprised of words in which are slowly becoming unforgotten upon my heart. They have been trapped here for far too long and it's time that I shared them with the world. Within this book you will find the truest definition of everything I've come to realize, so I hope that you as-well will fall in love with them as I have. Who knows, perhaps within these cinder fragments you shall find pieces of yourself here too.
A Forever That Lasted
"Everything I need is here," he whispered in my ear. I looked into his eyes, only to see me in them. He pulled me closer; we were just inches away from each other his breath was fanning my face. I could hear our heart beat in a rhythm, being this close to him; I could feel his heart hammering in his chest. His grip tightened around my waist as he placed his other hand on my cheek. My hands were on his chest, holding his shirt which seemed like my only support as my knees felt like jelly! It seemed so magical. We were so lost in each other, he leaned closer and my eyes shut automatically. As soon as his lips met mine, a thousand fire crackers started bursting in my head, there were goosebumps on my skin and butterflies in my stomach. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Should you tolerate anything in a relationship just to make it work or because he's your first love? These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem.
