In 1975, at the end of the Vietnam war, the United Nations created the UWC initiative. The UWC (United World Corrections) was formed for the following purposes: 

-Take a country to it's peak quality for the good of it's citizens.
-Correct 'bad' decisions a country's government makes. 
- Overthrow governments that do not take care of it's citizens
-Force government's to do what's good for the rest of the world.

There are UWC branches in every country except North Korea, Iran, and Somalia.
The U.S branch is the main branch of the UWC.
All overthrow decisions must be cleared through the UWC commissioner James Oliver. (Unless a branch has reasonable  cause)
UWC branches can only overthrow their branch's country.

Capitalist republic, communist republic, fascist state, capitalist monarchy. USA lost WWIII. The country is divided into four nations. The United States, the United Democratic Republics, the United Fascist American States, and the United North American Kingdoms. Four nations, each with their own problems. Two states that a forbidden to enter. Difficult times. A quest for revenge, freedom, and supremacy. Problems arise. Deaths are unavoidable. Happiness is forgotten. Earth is under tyranny with very limited counties with freedom. Lies are the truth. The truth is erased. WWIV is 100% possible. The Earth stops rotating. The year is 2018 and planet Earth has given man kind everything that it has to offer, to the point that the planet is dying away. Most of the earth is in ruin which made all the leaders from all the nations meet together on a secret island for two weeks to come up and form a plan for man kind's survival, and so the United Space Administration or USA for short was form. For years the federal governments from all the nations on earth has been secretly investing and contributing with each other on space and military developments without the population of their countrymen knowing about what they ( the government ) was doing, and now the secrets might pay off now that every country on earth has no choice but to come together as one people. The USA ( not the United States ) has built four star ships in the past ten years at Space Station United in space a few hundred miles behind Space Station Freedom . Through the years moon bases have also been built on the moon, and now paper and coin currencies are completely gone. Everyone on Earth has one card with a chip in it that has everything about you on it and the new currency for everyone is credit and bits.
