It all just like a dream, like as if it was a past that you could never touch again. The voices of the hallways we walked down, too the smell of your body. Everything, just gone in a instant, no chance to reconnected or retry. No hope or future just this moment just what we have now. It not that we didn't care for each other, it that time. Time passed so fast with problems at home and in school we left each other behind. We sailed in different directions, waves leaving a trail of our bleeding hearts to float forever. Perhaps it was the best time we would ever have, the best of both worlds lost. You were the best of all things in life.

What is happening!? My life couldn't have been a dream it was so real! I had kids and a husband! Tears burn my eyes. I had a home. It can't just be a dream. I reach up to wipe the tears from my face when I see it. My ring. My infinity-shaped ring with a sapphire diamond. I let out a gasp. It wasn't a dream. But I'm sitting back in class. What. The. Heck.
