Complications

Heavy is the conscience of a daughter to a single father.

Isabella Embers is 17 years old. She lives with her dad, Andre, in an average neighbourhood. She has no siblings (well none that she knows of), no pets (due to her inability to keep them alive), her mom only interacts with her once or maybe twice a year, and her and her dad get along just fine. That is until her dad gets involved with an older woman (who happens to be his billionaire boss), who Isabella does not get along with at all. This then sparks a series of attempts by Isabella and her bubble-bursting best friend Veronique to drive a wedge between the two at all costs. However, complications arise in the form of the stunningly attractive Blaze Axel Anderson, Cassandra's nephew and the fact that Andre can't seem to let go of his older lady "friend".

Can Isabella successfully break up Andre and Cassandra without losing Andre? And her hate for Cassandra's equally gorgeous, narcissistic and infuriating nephew? There's a fine line between love and hate they always say, but Isabella is determined to win this war, no matter what.
