Grace Harper is attending a new school this year. She is a straight A student and is very careful with who she meets and befriends. Her parents are both pilots and are gone most of the time, meaning her and her brother are left on their own. That leads to sympathetic gestures of wealth and freedom. Grace's parents warned her about who to avoid and how to stay away from them during her years of high school. With this kind of knowledge engraved in her head, she's determined to stay pure and sober throughout high school.

Caleb Kramer is in the middle of a broken family. He's an only child who had lost his sister years before. He is filled with so much worry and pain, he turns to cigarettes, girls, and alcohol. He's the boy that parents tell their daughters to be careful of. His dad his rich and sends him an allowance of three hundred dollars a month, but doesn't want to raise him. His mom is broke and works at a local gas station as the night shift. She doesn't have time to watch Caleb and remind him of his morals.

When the two cross paths and their worlds clash together, good and bad comes to hand. Caleb and Grace are given the difficult choices that neither of them meant to get into. While good appears in each of their lives, bad enters it as well and creates a hurricane of disasters and problems. Grace and Caleb fight through together and find themselves falling into a pit of regret and drowning in a substance called love.

(Book 2) *Contains spoilers below* "I needed more closure than what you gave me." I half lied. "It feels like an open wound someone keeps pouring salt on." His expression remained hard and cold. Almost distant. "I don't know what you want from me, Willow. You coming here isn't closing any wounds, it's just opening up old ones." I let out a sigh and rubbed my hands over my face. "I just needed to see you, okay? It's a relief to know you're even alive right now." I was begging myself not to cry. Noah shifted a little and folded his arms against his chest. "I don't know what you want me to say." "Anything is better than nothing." I said as I took a step closer. "I missed you. A lot." He peeked from under the mess of curls falling over his eyes. "You want me to tell you I missed you too? Is that what you're doing here?" I clenched my jaw shut and curled my fingers into fists at my sides. "I don't want anything from you." Scott isn't gone...yet. But he still refuses to let Noah go without harming anyone Noah cares about. It's been nine months since Scott took Noah under his wing and moved away from California. Willow hasn't seen either of them since the night Noah left with the promise to come back. When Willow finds Noah, she didn't expect what she finds. Noah's completely transformed into something she never thought she would see again. Besides the arrogant, obnoxious attitude, came countless tattoos, a ring through his lip, and a new name. With Scott still lingering and Noah's new found attitude, there's bound to be a little trouble. Way more than Willow bargained for. And maybe, just maybe, Scott isn't the real enemy.
