The throbbing pain in her head was relentless as she slowly opened her eyes. Her vision blurred, then sharpened to reveal a scene of disarray. Her friends lay sprawled around her, their faces pale and still. A wave of panic washed over her. 'Where are we?' she thought, her heart pounding. 'And how did we get here?' The room was dimly lit, the air heavy with an unfamiliar scent. She tried to sit up, but her head throbbed with each movement. A cold sweat broke out as she realized she couldn't recall the events leading up to this moment. Her mind was a blank slate, devoid of any memories. As she tried to piece together the fragments of her memory, a chilling realization dawned upon her. She had no idea who had brought them here or what their intentions were. A shiver ran down her spine as she imagined the worst-case scenario. She knew she had to find a way to escape, but she was weak and disoriented.
