There are a lot of things that can happen to people, obviously, and most of the time they aren't what you expect and nearly never what you want. Lexi Benson never counted on losing her twin, but of course, life has its own horrid plans. Her parents, shattered beyond repair by their loss, had no choice but to send Lexi to a boarding school, thousands of miles away.
