This story is about a girl name Kate who is only 17 years old and lives her incredible dad of hers in Miami, Flordia by the beach. And, she's the new kid that goes to this school and meets Francesca as her close and fastest friend she has ever met in her life before. Then, she meets this tall, black haired, brown eyes, handsome guy named Davey who is 18 years old and lives with his cousin. And, that go out to dinner and go to parties and all. She just knew that Davey is the right man for her. Until, one of her friends that moved away from comes that school and mass it up for her and Davey and that gonna find a way to settle it out with anyone getting in their way with true, dark, deepest love.

I had to admit, he was cute. His eyes sparkled nervously and his lips were a lovely shade of natural red. He had his arms crossed over his chest, a gesture that could possibly get him knocked out in this place. He looked as though he could fake a tough guy but at heart he was gentle. I had good instincts and they were screaming to steer clear of this guy. Why? Because he would break my heart. Why is that all the best relationships happen at the strangest of times? Laurel meets Trey inside of a Juvenile Detention Centre and the two of them become closer than anything. For Laurel, Trey was the first friend in her life. But for Trey, he intended for Laurel to be his last. Trey is heartbroken when Laurel leaves the Centre and moves away from town, never to see him again. Laurel has runaway from her foster parents, changed her name and even the colour of her hair. She's created a whole new persona for herself and never wants to revisit the past, but what happens when the most unlikely thing happens? What happens when Trey moves in just around the corner?
