Charlotte Abrams is used to being the invisible girl at Chestville High.
In fact, she expects it after not having any friends for all of her childhood.
Her only comfort is the memory of her and her dad going to their favorite 50s diner, Juke's.

But what happens when she's somehow thrown into the past? The 1960s to be exact.

She has no idea how she got there or how to get back but it seems like all of her primary motives are put on hold when she meets a boy that makes her feel like she's the only girl in the room.

Johnny Monzanno. Football star, classic heartthrob and leader of the pack.
It's love at first sight from the very beginning. But what a terrible idea would it be to fall in love with a boy from the past...

A terrible idea that leaves you wondering what she'll choose. Love? Or Reality?

A Tomboy's Love Attempt

30 parts Complete

Adairville, Tennessee, home of the Pirates, and Magdilyn Jones. A Junior and a total tomboy. Her perspective on love changed a great deal when her boyfriend, who she thought loved her, dumped her for one of her friends. Now she's a bulldozer when it comes to love, but all of that is about to change. Jill Thompson, her best friend, proposes a bet. A complete transformation, all the works, hair, make-up, and especially her baggy hand-me-down clothes. In return, Jill will find her three blind dates to go on, and she wasn't taking no for an answer. Her trust has shattered one too many times for her liking. She isn't sure she can deal with any of it after realizing her feelings for her brother's best friend, Raoul and Adairville High's well-known player, AJ. Three potential dates, one official boyfriend. Deciding becomes a question. A question she doesn't know how to answer. What if she does? What then? Will she ever find love?
