Tom's parents promised him that going into space to explore a new world far from our own solar system would be a great adventure.

Of course, they didn't mention that for most of the trip he would be frozen and sleeping in a metal tube.  And when he was allowed out, it would only be to do chores and fix broken machinery.  And that there would be no pizza, and no room to really throw a baseball.

But Tom has just woken up, and something is wrong.  The ship is dirty.  It smells like goats.  And he's all alone.

Bastien meets new people, makes some friends and make some enemies. Bastien has to face many challenges to survive on Earth. Will he be able to do it?
