Ekker Stun has lived a peaceful life. Peaceful, that is, until that one fateful day when the Telk's invaded. After a series of events, he gets thrown into a war against his will along with three others who will fight alongside him.

This novel is made to show the darker side of war. Many people know war just as beating the bad guys and celebrating. But what goes on before we win? Many veterans and soldiers return from deployment with images they will never cease to see and something called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My purpose for writing this is to show what these brave people go through daily.

But when his sister dies from his own powers, he knows it's time to step up and try his best to use his powers for good. So, when Kyra and Ember both need his powers, he knows he can protect them.
