Lucy left the guild after hearing something she didn't want to. Natsu and Lisanna were dating. not only was that a shocker to her, but a shocker to everyone. when she left, but she also failed to tell Natsu about the unborn child she was carrying inside of her. The only person who knew about the baby on its way was the master. fifteen years lucy goes to a small village across the country. she ended up with twins.
