The victim fell 320 feet. The cliff was perpendicular from top to bottom, except for a slight projection halfway down. Ordinary beach with chalk boulders and little gravel debris. The victim free fell for approximately 160 feet. Then the victim hit a ledge and continued to fall. Struck the ground at a velocity of 74 miles per hour, having slowed down as a result of the  ledge's interception. 

Scalp wounds. Fracture of the skull. Patient unconscious for three days. Alive.
