20 years after a cataclysmic event changed the face of the Earth, humans and dragons are rebuilding their cities with new governments being put in place. The Annual Intercontinental Rally (AIR) is now one of the biggest and most important sport event in this New Frontier. When 17 year old racing enthusiast, Max Wilde gets a modified 2010 Dodge Charger for his birthday, he is overjoyed but when the car is revealed to be more than just a car, things get a lot more dangerous.
