The Year is 3419 and human technology is extremely advanced. Most domestic conflict among humans has been left in the past due to the merging of races and loss of languages. The relative calm in Earth society will be disrupted once again, this one like nine other. In a large secret area in a place once known as the U.S. lies a refuge camp, where something beyond human lives. And there is where the story begins.

The virus spread went on to killed off millions of humans that were infected around the 1st year of its inception. It spread Global to the point that everybody became Asymptomatic. The virus evolved so much that it changed the molecular structure of the brain,nervous systems even down to the dna make up of humans. Humans began experiencing mutations, or exciting abilities that mirror Graphics novel characters. This provided people who were in a bad Economic social class but with Superior abilities, with villainous behavior, especially to the people in high economic social standings but with less desirable Abilities to be overthrown or conquered.
