While trying to do all those things she ever wanted to do, she becomes friends with the mysterious bad boy of the school. He, himself has many secrets and she tries to unfold them all. They fall in love but don't tell each other about their feelings and there is no time left. 

But he doesn't know about her disease. He will try anything to save his love of life. But a year is a very small amount of time.
