Kayla Purdy, 20, was always depressed since childhood. Her thoughts became sinister and crooked, so she decided to end it all. But this was all on the day her long lost brother, Ash, was coming to visit. And her birthday. She knew from her mom that he had grown successful with 5 other guys. Never knew why he'd pay attention to anyone like her, though.

But on the day Ash visits Kayla in hospital while she's in recovery, he brings along two unexpected guests. And at that point, everything went uphill. She soon finds herself a record deal, and even finds herself singing up on stage with them. But every fairy tale has a happy ending, doesn't it?
