Amanda "Mandy" Jones was never a normal kid. Her parents were neglectful and she practically raised her younger brother Boston as well as herself. Everything changes when Mandy gets into a fight with Boston and runs after him in a storm. Her bestfriend Faith isn't far behind to play follow the leader. That's when the unthinkable happens. They get affected by the particle accelerator explosion. Not quite sure what happened the two girls wake up in the hospital after being found passed out on the street. But it's not just them some other kids from school might have been affected and possibly Boston. How will the kids cope with being meta humans and going through everyday life?
